Ajay Makhija, Creator, Co-Founder of Gaia Yogashala
Expertise: Ajay is a Rebirthing Breathwork and Breath of Bliss facilitator. He is also founder and facilitator of the I AM CREATOR Workshop.
Style: Ajay’s work combines Law of Attraction techniques, active meditation, creative visualization, gratitude, music, somatic movement and the awesome power of the breath to facilitate meaningful breakthroughs for people from all walks of life. The focus is on detoxification of old, non-serving behaviour and thought patterns with a movement into authentic power.
Experience: Ajay has studied Rebirthing Breathwork with Leonard Orr, who first discovered this technique back in 1966. He has also studied with Christabel Zamor, a student & teacher of many different kinds of Breathwork and coaching, who combined these into the Breath of Bliss body of work. He counts amongst his teachers Abraham, Esther & Jerry Hicks, Shakti Gawain, William Bloom, Nature, Aloneness, Travelling, His Parents, Friends and Relationships. His biggest teachers though have been life’s ‘obstacles’, and he remains (or tries to remain!) ever-grateful to them.
Ajay’s Mantra: Wherever you go, bring your own sunshine.
